Can you connect the system to software we already use?
Yes, when the existing platform provides a suitable API or supported integration. Standard integrations begin at $750. Complex or undocumented integrations require a custom quote.
Can you import our existing data?
Clean spreadsheet imports begin at $500. Data that requires cleanup, transformation, deduplication or migration from another system is reviewed and quoted separately.
Can we add more features later?
Yes. The initial version should focus on the most valuable workflows. Additional screens, user roles, workflows and integrations can be added through a written change order or future development phase.
Do you guarantee that every integration will work?
Third-party integrations depend on the external provider’s API, permissions, availability and policies. We confirm feasibility during discovery and document known dependencies before development.
Is post-launch support included?
Yes. Packages include between 30 and 90 days of support. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance and improvements are available through a Software Care plan.
