How we collect feedback
Feedback is built into the process

Milestone approvals
You sign off each milestone inside your Passport portal, so feedback happens during the build, not after it.

Launch review call
We walk the finished build with you, capture anything outstanding and close it before handover.

Post-launch check-in
Two weeks after launch we review performance, enquiries and anything you want changed.

Public review invite
Only once you are happy do we ask for a public review — and we publish it unedited.
