All eligible plans come with a 10-day free trial.
- No charges will be made during the trial period.
- You may cancel at any time during your trial through the Stripe Client Portal.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically for the selected plan.
❌ Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your Stripe Customer Portal (accessible through your client dashboard)
- Or contacting us directly at info@prohub360.com
🚫 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days or partial months.
💰 Refund Policy
Due to the digital and labor-based nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once your billing cycle begins and the service has been delivered.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors preventing service delivery
- Unauthorized transactions
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email info@prohub360.com within 7 days of the charge.
💼 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
